Christopher porco, 22, is accused of attacking his parents with an ax as they slept in their home in 2004. He allegedly killed his father and put his mother into a coma in what appears to have been the drastic act of a desperate young man in deep financial difficulty. Convicted murderer christopher porco is set to appeal his guilty verdict after 17 years, and he has the full support of the mother he is said to have brutally maimed. Her face was completely disfigured, one eye was destroyed, and her skull was caved in, but she was alive. Christopher porco was convicted of killing his father peter, an albany county law clerk, and attacking his mother two years earlier in their bethlehem home.
